Nathalie Schyllert is our incredibly healthy fitness guru. Working as a model and a fitness instructor has meant that every part of her life and body has been kept practically perfect. Even four weeks after giving birth to the gorgeous Oliver she is still in amazing shape. He was one of the quietest and sweetest babies we have ever seen.
